Title: Office Administrator Employment Type: Term Contract (13-month, full-time temporary) Location: Calgary, Alberta (In-Office) Reports To: Manager - Human Resources Start Date: April 27, 2026 Closing Date: March 31, 2026 About Us Spartan Delta Corp. The Company is well positioned to continue pursuing optimization in the Deep Basin, participate in the consolidation of the Deep Basin fairway, and continue growing and developing its Duvernay asset by leveraging Spartans balance sheet and free funds flow. Office Administrator Spartan is seeking an individual to fulfill the responsibilities of Office Administrator to join the HR & Corporate Services team. This is a key front-facing role that combines reception responsibilities with broader Corporate Services support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a dynamic office environment. This is a full-time, temporary in-office position based in our downtown Calgary location. What You Will Do General administrative duties including reception function: greeting visitors in a friendly and professional manner, sending and receiving mail and packages and directing incoming calls and emails Maintain office and kitchen inventory and order supplies Oversee building maintenance, cleaning and access cards as well as office requests Support event planning and internal communications Provide general administrative support to the HR & Corporate Services team Support Accounts Payable department by indexing and routing invoices for approval in OpenInvoice, processing expense reports and cheque requests into Qbyte, and responding to vendor and internal inquiries in a timely and professional manner Other special projects or assignments as assigned from time to time Who You Are 1-3 years of related work experience in an administrative support role Friendly, professional demeanor with strong client service focus and ability to interact with people at all levels of the organization as well as external stakeholders Excellent written and verbal communication skills Sense of urgency, highly organized and high attention to detail You take pride in keeping an office running smoothly and notice issues before they become problems Comfortable juggling routine tasks with unexpected requests and managing competing priorities Curious with strong analytical skills and an aptitude for troubleshooting Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) What We Offer This is a salaried, full-time temporary position with paid vacation time off.
