The position involves handling a variety of estate planning and administration matters while contributing to a dynamic legal practice. Key Responsibilities Advise clients on estate planning, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney Manage estate administration, including probate and court-supervised processes Collaborate with internal teams on matters involving tax, corporate, real estate, or family law aspects Support knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team Build and maintain strong client relationships to support practice growth Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of experience in wills and estates law Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage files independently and collaboratively Excellent communication and client service skills Notes: We are looking for someone with at least 5 years experience in wills and estates.
