AiGC is seeking a Senior Manager, Contracts & Stakeholder Engagement professional to provide strategic and operational leadership for AiGCs contractual relationships with private iGaming operators, operations, government bodies and external stakeholders. Reporting to the VP, Operations, this role oversees the execution, governance, and performance monitoring of operating agreements to ensure alignment with legislative and regulatory frameworks and AiGCs strategic objectives. You will lead a team responsible for account management, operator governance, and dispute resolution, and act as a key advisor on contractual risk mitigation and market activity strategies. The role champions disciplined contract governance while enabling responsible innovation in Albertas iGaming market. Contract Governance & Execution Lead AiGCs subject matter expertise of the operating agreement and policies, ensuring effective execution, renewal, compliance, and amendments as required. Maintain contract governance frameworks and ensure alignment with public policy and regulatory requirements. Oversee processes for operator onboarding, exits, mergers, and rebranding. Ensure auditable records of contractual deliverables and decisions across the contract lifecycle. Performance Monitoring & Compliance Develop and implement service level agreements and conduct vendor scorecards in alignment with contractual standards. Monitor operator adherence to contractual obligations, KPIs, and service standards. Coordinate internal audits and support responses to regulatory reviews. Own remediation plans and track corrective actions through to closure in collaboration with internal partners. Dispute Resolution & Issue Management Oversee processes for managing escalated operator issues and player disputes. Provide strategic recommendations on remediation and penalties for non-compliance. Ensure timely resolution of complex and high-profile disputes and clear documentation of outcomes. Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management Establish and maintain productive relationships with private operators, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders to support contract negotiations and relationship management. Establish and maintain productive relationships with government bodies to support alignment of regulatory and compliance requirements. Lead engagement strategies for key stakeholder groups and facilitate consultations and market meetings. Support deployment and management of a CRM tool with the account team to strengthen operator oversight. Act as business owner for contract management systems, including procurement and implementation. Identify and implement process improvements to support market innovation and operational efficiency. Monitor stakeholder sentiment and use insights to inform engagement approaches and market strategies. Leadership Lead and develop a team of Account Managers, establishing objectives, performance standards, and resource plans. Build technical expertise and leadership capacity, fostering a high-performance culture. Qualifications University degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Law, Finance, Procurement, or a related discipline. 710 years of progressively responsible experience in contract management, procurement, public sector service delivery, or regulatory environments. Strong understanding of iGaming market dynamics and regulatory frameworks. Proven experience managing high-value contracts and complex stakeholder relationships. Ability to align contract oversight with organizational goals and government priorities. Deep understanding of procurement legislation, trade agreements, and financial accountability frameworks. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate across internal and external stakeholders.
