Date: Jan 16, 2026 Location: Toronto, ON, M5C 3G7 Job Type: Temporary Contract Work Model: On-site Reference code: 131830 Recruiter: Ophelie Diallo Workplace Services Professional (6-month contract) Overview We are looking for a Workplace Services Professional to support daily operations of the Toronto office. In this role you will collaborate with the Workplace Services Manager, Workflow Coordinator, Receptionist, and other service delivery teams to ensure smooth and efficient office operations. Key Responsibilities - Deliver highquality customer service to staff, clients, and guests. - Support office maintenance, facilities, and health & safety programs. - Provide coverage for the mailroom and reception as needed. - Conduct regular supply checks, inventory management, and restocking. - Assist with facilities management through routine walkthroughs and issue reporting. - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe office space. Qualifications Required: - 12 years of experience in facilities, customer service, event services or hospitality. - Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work a shift of 7:00AM5:30PM (8.5hour day). - Excellent customer service skills and ability to multitask; positive team player. - Ability to lift up to 50pounds. Nice to have: - Knowledge of ServiceNow. Benefits Salary range: $33,000 $60,000. Eligibility for Deloitte bonus program.
