The Administrative Assistant will manage daily administrative tasks, provide clerical support, and assist with executive-level administrative functions as needed. Core responsibilities will include maintaining schedules, managing communications, handling phone inquiries, organizing documents, and supporting internal operations to ensure smooth workflow.QualificationsProficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including scheduling, data entry, and managing office operationsStrong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills, including the ability to interact professionally with office staff and clients. Proficiency in English, Punjabi and Hindi languages required to communicate over the phone with the clients. Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, including calendar management and supporting senior managementAttention to detail and strong organizational abilitiesProficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent toolsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environmentPrevious experience in a similar role is an asset but not mandatory
