Details: Location: Longueuil, QC - 5x onsite per week Duration: 12 month contract Pay range: $40-$50/hr Description: Insight Global is seeking a CRM Product Owner to join a top aerospace company in Longueuil, QC. This role is 5x week onsite. In this role, you will contribute to shaping CRM product strategies and ensuring that the platform aligns with evolving market demands and business objectives. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team and collaborate with a broad network of stakeholders to define business requirements and improve CRM capabilities. Additionally, you will help enhance service offerings, manage improvement initiatives, and support ongoing transformation projects within the CRM Cloud ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: - Support the CRM cloud transformation initiative - Gather, analyze, and refine business requirements related to CRM modernization - Coordinate and oversee CRM platform upgrade implementations - Identify opportunities to improve tools, processes, and services - Promote and maintain best practices in data management - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver CRM improvements - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and project execution - Communicate updates and present findings to a wide range of stakeholders Required Skills & Experience - Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Commerce, or a related field - Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience - Experience leading or contributing to large-scale digital transformation initiatives - Experience managing digital products Nice to Have Skills & Experience - Experience managing a CRM platform - Background in the aerospace industry is an asset - French is an asset We may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with the screening, assessment, or selection of potential applicants for this position.
