Role: FRTB Project Program Manager Location: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid) Duration: End of Dec 2026 (Possible extension/Conversion) Key Skills Required: Must have markets delivery and significant project experience across large scale projects Must have 10 years experience in front to back projects (not necessarily 10 years in FRTB) Must have strong markets product experience Experience with FRTB specifically around FX Delta and FX Risk management Experience with trading, risk, and P&L flows Strong & proven track record in strategic project management and delivering complex solutions are essential Has significant experience in Capital Markets Transformation Significant experience in scoping, developing, and prioritizing plans for strategic initiatives Ability to drive change to business practices by working effectively across a global organization and understand different perspectives Minimum of 10 years of project management experience Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
