Senior Logistics Coordinator | Cambridge, ON | $90k+ Join a specialist logistics team working on large-scale, complex international air, ocean and intermodal import and export freight projects, including oversized and high-value cargo. This role puts you at the center of operations - coordinating shipments end-to-end while collaborating with clients, carriers, and global partners. Salary $90,000+ Cambridge, ON on site Start ASAP Collaborative, close-knit team environment Full benefits package including healthcare, dental, life insurance, and PTO About the role Manage end-to-end air, ocean and intermodal shipments, from rate negotiation to final delivery Build and negotiate competitive freight rates and creative shipping solutions Prepare and ensure accuracy of shipping documentation (Bills of Lading, AWBs, compliance paperwork etc) Track shipments and provide proactive updates, resolving delays or issues quickly Coordinate with overseas agents and carriers to manage collections and movements Maintain cargo registers and flag oversized or complex shipment risks What we need from you 3+ years of experience in freight forwarding or 3PL, with a strong focus on air and ocean freight Hands-on experience with oversized, breakbulk, or project cargo (construction, mining, energy, etc.) Tech-savvy, with experience using logistics systems and Microsoft Office Interested?
