Spartan is publicly traded on the TSX under the symbol SDE.We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our growing team!Office Administrator Spartan is seeking an individual to fulfill the responsibilities of Office Administrator to join the HR & Corporate Services team. This is a key front-facing role that combines reception responsibilities with broader Corporate Services support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a dynamic office environment.This is a full-time, temporary in-office position based in our downtown Calgary location.What You Will DoGeneral administrative duties including reception function: greeting visitors in a friendly and professional manner, sending and receiving mail and packages and directing incoming calls and emailsMaintain office and kitchen inventory and order suppliesOversee building maintenance, cleaning and access cards as well as office requestsSupport event planning and internal communicationsProvide general administrative support to the HR & Corporate Services teamSupport Accounts Payable department by indexing and routing invoices for approval in OpenInvoice, processing expense reports and cheque requests into Qbyte, and responding to vendor and internal inquiries in a timely and professional mannerOther special projects or assignments as assigned from time to timeWho You Are1-3 years of related work experience in an administrative support roleFriendly, professional demeanor with strong client service focus and ability to interact with people at all levels of the organization as well as external stakeholdersExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSense of urgency, highly organized and high attention to detailYou take pride in keeping an office running smoothly and notice issues before they become problemsComfortable juggling routine tasks with unexpected requests and managing competing prioritiesCurious with strong analytical skills and an aptitude for troubleshootingProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)What We OfferThis is a salaried, full-time temporary position with paid vacation time off.
