Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Completions Coordinator to support our client, amajor global industrial organization who is delivering a large-scale hydrogen production facility in the Edmonton region. Reporting to the Completions Manager, this is a critical field-based role responsible for driving structured system turnover, managing completions documentation, coordinating walkdowns, and ensuring safe and efficient validation of plant systems prior to operational handover.This opportunity is ideal for a commissioning professional who understands disciplined turnover processes within high-expectation industrial environments.Position SummaryThe Completions Coordinator will oversee all completions activities from Construction Turnover through final Operations Handover, acting as custodian of the Completions Management Plan and Completions Software (CMS). The encumbent will coordinate system validation, manage turnover documentation, support CSU activities, organize formal walkdowns, and ensure full traceability and compliance across all systems.
