The role involves preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects, evaluating project needs, analyzing specifications and drawings, and collaborating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. The Commercial Estimator will assist in budgeting, determining material and labor costs, and managing project timelines to ensure successful project delivery.QualificationsStrong expertise in Construction Estimating and a solid understanding of costing processesProficiency in Budgeting and Project Management, especially in managing time-sensitive and cost-efficient projectsKnowledge of material specifications and construction methods, including expertise with roofsExcellent Communication skills for collaborating with diverse stakeholders, presenting estimations, and negotiating contractsKeen attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlinesFamiliarity with estimation software and tools is an assetA degree/diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
