Collaborating closely with top-tier home automation integrators across the United States and Canada, we're dedicated to providing end-users with effortlessly integrated, smart-home-ready shading solutions.Role DescriptionThe Logistics Associate is a full-time on-site role at Clara Shades, located in Montreal, QC who will be responsible for day-to-day tasks which include:Manage the receiving and shipping processes, including inspecting incoming shipments and preparing outgoing orders.Handle logistics paperwork, such as bills of lading, shipping manifests, and customs documentation.Determine shipping prices based on factors such as weight, destination, and shipping method.Conduct inventory counts to ensure accuracy and availability of stock.Participate in logistics and coordination from the sales order stage through final shipment.QualificationsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and efficientlyFluent in English, with good communications skillsFluent in French, with good communications skills (asset)Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, and have the sense of urgencyProficiency in using inventory management software or similar systemsKnowledge of shipping regulations and procedures (asset)Ability to operate a forklift or willingness to obtain certification (asset)Experience in a similar role is an advantageWe offer competitive pay and benefits, including group insurance, and lots of opportunity for growth and advancement.
