KITS is looking for a Style Advisor to create memorable, lasting impressions of our store and brand by delivering exceptional customer experiences in both the optical department and cafe.Youll ensure that customers have a smooth, pleasant experience upon arrival, guide them to the appropriate areas, and support the retail team as needed.Responsibilities:Create a warm and welcoming environment for all customers across retail, cafe, and optometry; continuously strive for excellence in customer service.Obtain a deep understanding of KITS frames, products, and Designer brand selection.Recommend frames that suit the customer's style, face shape, and prescription specifications.Working with optometrist partners to obtain patient prescriptions to guide patients in post-appointment care.Support store revenue goals through proactive customer engagement, demonstrations, and needs discovery. Perform fittings, adjustments, and repairs for glasses.Assist with scheduling and managing customer appointments.Merchandising frames and apparel to keep a clean and organized store environment.Prepare and serve a variety of beverages and food items to our customers (training provided).The anticipated hourly base rate for this position is $22.00. Who you are:You are an outgoing, engaging, and motivated individual with a strong passion for customer serviceYou have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or hospitality role.FoodSafe Level 1 certification is preferred.
