To deliver spectacular experiences worldwide. As a Team Leader, you will report to the Logistics Department Supervisor. You will assist in the daily preparation of orders for shipment in the inventory system with the help of a small team. You will perfom various maintenance or organizational tasks previously defined by the Logistics Supervisor. Your day will look like this: Organize daily tasks and allocate work based on team members skills (picking, receiving, shipping) Assign and coordinate the loading dock team Act as a point of contact and ensure the smooth running of departmental activities Lead team meetings (safety briefings, objectives) Provide support to various departments on the shop floor Follow the needs of project managers and production technicians Plan schedules, breaks, and replacements Supervise and participate in receiving, storage, shipping, loading, and unloading of goods Position equipment in receiving and shipping areas Fulfill and dispatch emergency orders Ensure production and delivery deadlines are met Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), including on-time delivery (OTD) Handle unexpected issues (transport delays, stock shortages, equipment breakdowns) to maintain operational flow Ensure compliance with operational procedures and safety standards Maintain a clean, organized, and functional warehouse (maintenance, cleaning, painting, etc.) Identify and report equipment maintenance needs Participate in cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy Verify alignment between physical inventory and system data Perform quality checks on orders before shipment to reduce errors Your profile: A minimum of 2-3 years experience in shipping and receiving Experience leading small group of people and demonstrate leadership Excellent physical condition Strong sense of organization and precision Basic computer skills Team-work oriented and spirit of cooperation Ability to work under pressure and capacity to adapt to change Valid forklift permit (an asset) Driver''s licence (an asset) Knowledge of audiovisual equipment (an asset). Our offer to you: Reason for the position : Replacement Solotech provides a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position in accordance with Ontario pay transparency requirements. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, location, experience, training, certifications, and internal equity. Final compensation will be determined at the time of hire. A reasonable estimate of the current hourly wage range is $22.88 to $32.86.
