General Summary Responsible for performing the clerical and administrative functions for any or all hub and station operational areas, including linehaul, records management, quality assurance and customer service. Tends to damaged and incorrectly addressed packages in a timely manner to optimize delivery time. Serves as a customers first line of contact for a variety of issues. Le ou la titulaire devra effectuer toute autre tche assigne, atteindre les seuils minimaux requis pour les tests et formations obligatoires, travailler dans un environnement Windows, suivre avec succs les formations priodiques et maintenir les accrditations annuelles si applicable, et travailler sur diffrents quarts selon les besoins oprationnels. Les titulaires au Qubec doivent tre bilingues (franais et anglais). En plus des critres habituels de slection, les candidats aux postes exigeant la conduite comme comptence fondamentale doivent dtenir un permis valide (ex. classe 5, G ou 1[AZ]) et prsenter un dossier ne comportant pas plus de deux infractions et/ou accidents dans les 24 mois prcdant la candidature. Les candidats seront galement valus selon : 1) leur relev annuel de conduite ; 2) leur performance en entrevue ; et 3) leurs rsultats aux valuations de conduite administres. Four (4) years of customer service, clerical or related experience required; dock operations environment or distribution center setting preferred. General business skills: typing, data entry, phone, copier, fax. Software skills: Microsoft Office, webbased applications. Customer service skills necessary to respond to requests effectively. Time management, organizational, multitasking skills necessary for a fastpaced environment. Must possess a valid drivers licence and have a good driving record. (Preferred for certain positions.) Ability to successfully complete basic and recurrency training including DG specialist certification, maintain accreditation yearbyyear. Excellent interpersonal, customer relations and communication skills. Good analytical, problemsolving, prioritization and organizational skills. Team player. Ability to lift 70 lb and maneuver packages up to 150 lb with appropriate equipment. Educational Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Related Experience Requirements One (1) year current Courier experience. Other Specific Mandatory Experience Requirements (Preferred) Personal Development Stream of Excel. Technical Skill Requirements. Some knowledge of Federal Express operations and Canadian Customs regulations (asset).
