What we actually do We design and build custom industrial bakery equipment ovens, proofers, pizza ovens, freezers all in-house. This isnt theory. What youll thrive here if you Think how will this actually get built? while designing Understand sheet metal, weldments, fit-up, and tolerances Care about serviceability, durability, and real-world performance Can walk onto a shop floor and solve problems with production Take ownership when the first build doesnt go perfectly (because it wont) What youll do Lead mechanical design in SolidWorks (heavy assemblies + sheet metal) Create manufacturingready drawings & BOMs Improve build efficiency and product quality Work directly with fabrication + assembly teams Raise the bar on engineering standards and structure Contribute to project execution ( PM experience = big bonus ) What we need ~5+ years in OEM / industrial equipment design Strong SolidWorks (nonnegotiable) Proven track record of designs that were actually built and shipped A handson, noego, getitdone mindset Why join us?
