Role Summary The Senior Project Manager will provide leadership across assigned projects and ensure financial and contractual execution in line with established procedures. Core accountability spans project safety, quality, scope, cost, schedule, risk management, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Manage full project lifecycle from contract award through warranty completion Serve as the primary customer contact for all contract execution matters; build and maintain lasting client relationships Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, finance, procurement, contract management, and administrative teams Own On Time Delivery, revenue realization, cash-in forecasting, risk management, and customer satisfaction metrics Maintain accurate monthly forecasts across financial KPIs including Sales, Cash, and Margin Required Qualifications Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college Minimum 5 years of experience in electricity grid engineering or project management Ability and willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally (US & Canada) Preferred Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering PMP Certification Prior experience managing customer-facing projects in Electricity Transmission, Distribution, or Industrial markets Knowledge of Digital Substation, Protection and Control systems Experience in multicultural or international work environments Strong proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
