Learn more at and About the role As a Training and Development Associate, you will work closely with department leaders across the organization to understand current workflows, document processes, and build structured training programs. You will be responsible not only for developing content but also for delivering training to both new hires and existing employees in a classroom or workshop setting. Key Responsibilities Conduct training needs assessments to identify knowledge gaps and recommend solutions. Document business processes clearly, accurately, and in a user-friendly format. Develop high-quality training materials, including manuals, guides, SOPs, presentations, and e-learning modules. Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions for new hires and current staff, while continuously updating training materials as processes evolve. Maintain a centralized knowledge base of training resources and process documentation. Track training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics. Support the onboarding process to ensure new employees have a smooth and successful start. Work collaboratively across departments to enhance organizational learning and consistency. What were looking for 13 years of experience in training, learning & development, process documentation, or a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to simplify complex concepts and deliver information clearly. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Experience building training materials using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Google Suite, or related. Comfortable presenting to small and large groups.
