Job Description

We are excited to share an opportunity for a Senior Manager, Total Rewards to join Procoms Talent & Culture (T&C) team. This newly created role will lead the strategy, design, and delivery of our North American compensation, benefits, and wellness programs. As the Senior Manager, Total Rewards, you will play a key role in shaping Procoms employee value proposition and ensuring our programs remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with our strategic priorities. In this role, you will work closely with and lead two Total Rewards Specialists. What Youll Do Total Rewards Strategy Lead the development and execution of Procoms total rewards strategy across compensation, benefits, and wellness. Define annual priorities, roadmaps, and enhancements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Develop insights and recommendations to support attraction, engagement, and retention. Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations for the VP, Employee Experience, and Executive Team. Monitor legislative and regulatory changes to ensure ongoing compliance. Contribute to the evolution of Procoms employee value proposition and total rewards analytics. Benefits Management (North America) Oversee benefits plans and annual renewals, including costing, program design, and vendor engagement. Lead RFP processes and manage relationships with external vendors. Provide research-based recommendations for program enhancements. Ensure compliance with insurance contracts and regional legislative requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with benefit carriers, consultants, and TPAs. Compensation, Job Architecture & Incentives Lead job evaluation, job architecture, and compliance with Pay Equity, FLSA, Federal Contractor requirements, and other legislation. Oversee annual performance and compensation cycles, including budgeting and communication. Work closely with the Talent Management Specialist. Conduct benchmarking and maintain Procoms salary structures. Manage the short-term incentive plan and all commission incentive plans. Maintain compensation frameworks and documentation. Partner with HRIS to ensure data accuracy and administration of the Incentive Compensation module. Wellness Strategy Lead Procoms wellness strategy and programming to support employee well-being. Deliver wellness campaigns and initiatives aligned with people priorities. Embed wellness into the broader Total Rewards and EVP framework. Communication & Training Develop clear communications and resources for compensation, benefits, and wellness programs. Support training development in partnership with Instructional Design. Lead change management efforts for new program rollouts. Leadership & Strategic Partnership Lead, coach, and develop a team of Total Rewards Specialists. Contribute to the T&C management team and broader people strategy. Lead or support cross-functional projects impacting HR processes and organizational design. Partner closely with Finance, HR Technology, Learning & Development, Talent Management, and people leaders. What You Bring: Strategic mindset with strong operational execution skills. Deep expertise across compensation, benefits, wellness, and total rewards governance. Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders. Exceptional analytical and financial modelling capabilities. Demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing teams. High integrity, judgment, and discretion when managing sensitive data. Collaborative, pragmatic approach with strong problem-solving skills. Strong project management abilities and organizational skills. Curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset, including leveraging AI-enabled tools. Minimum Requirements: University degree in Business or Human Resources 10+ years of progressive HR experience with deep Total Rewards exposure Demonstrated experience administering U.S. benefits (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, Section 125, Form 5500, 1094/1095 reporting, nondiscrimination testing) Experience overseeing North American benefits programs and vendor partnerships Experience designing and administering commission incentive plans 5+ years of people leadership experience Advanced Excel and BI tool proficiency (financial and compensation modelling) Expertise in job evaluation, market benchmarking, pay equity, and internal equity analysis Strong communication and stakeholder management skills High integrity and ability to manage confidential information Nice to Haves: CCP and/or CEBS designation Experience in the staffing industry Experience with job architecture frameworks or large-scale compensation redesigns Experience leading RFPs and negotiating contracts with external partners Familiarity with HRIS compensation modules and incentive compensation systems Bilingualism (English/French) Experience integrating wellness into Total Rewards or EVP strategy Strong interest in leveraging AI-enabled tools for process improvement Why Work at Procom: Belonging & Impact: An inclusive, collaborative culture where your ideas are valued, and make a real impact.
