The Role Werehiring a Business Development/Recruitment Consultant to grow our B2B Sales/Client Service Recruitment practice. You will spend approximately 70% of your time onmarket mapping, business development (prospecting/outbound sales),and client advisory and 30%on candidate engagement and search execution, supported by our internal recruitment team. Youllbecomethe connector between high-performing salesand client service professionalsand the companies that need them. You will: Build and own an industry verticalwithin corporate B2B servicesor product sales Prospect and meet hiring leaders (Founders, VPs Sales, Directors, COOs) Run discovery and intake calls as a trusted advisor Meet and nurture passive B2B sales talent Manage searches end-to-end with delivery support from our recruitment team Build long-term client relationships that generate recurring searches This is an entrepreneurial role: you build a book of business, you own yourvertical, and your earnings scale with your impact.
