Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Payroll Administrator located in Toronto, ON. The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring compliance with payroll regulations, and handling employee benefits and garnishments. Other responsibilities include coordinating payroll taxes, maintaining financial records, and supporting accounting efforts to ensure accurate and timely payroll management. General administrative work may be assigned when required by the organization. Qualifications Proficiency in Payroll Administration, including accurate processing of employee wages and salaries Knowledge of Payroll Taxes and Garnishments, with an understanding of related government regulations and compliance Experience managing Employee Benefits, including enrollment and updates Familiarity with Accounting principles related to payroll and expense tracking Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite Degree or diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred Experience in accounts payable industry is a plus
