We are committed to delivering impactful digital solutions where they are needed most. Role Description This is a contract, onsite role for a Truck Mate Specialist based in Mississauga, ON. The Truck Mate Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining the TruckMate software while providing necessary support to users. Daytoday tasks include system configuration, handling user requests, providing training to staff, troubleshooting system issues, and collaborating with crossfunctional teams to enhance operations. The specialist will work closely with operational teams to maximize the softwares functionalities and streamline logistics processes effectively. Qualifications Proficiency in TruckMate software and other transportation management systems (TMS). Technical skills in system configuration, data integration, and debugging software issues. Experience in training endusers and maintaining user support processes. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to optimize processes and identify areas for enhancement. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams. Knowledge of transportation and supply chain operations is a plus. Proven ability to work onsite and manage time effectively within a fastpaced environment. Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
