KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Participate in or manage software development projects using a blend of standard Project Management practices with agile development. Liaise with clients and project sponsors; maintain relationships and engage stakeholders to gather and manage requirements. Participate in design reviews and architectural reviews. Generates design specifications and project proposals, including cost and duration estimates, for the new or modified system and acquires authorization to proceed from the requesting University unit. Enforces adherence to development and support methodologies. Design an Agentic AI architecture for a maintenance assistant Prepare and structure facilities and maintenance data Develop an AI assistant for maintenance planning and recommendations Integrate the AI application with CMMS (AiM) through APIs Support testing, refinement, and documentation Experience with Agentic AI and RAG architectures Experience integrating with enterprise systems via APIs CMMS or Facilities Management system experience preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
