Enhance the safety and efficiency of building operations as a Preventative Maintenance Associate. Oversee inspections, ensure compliance, and troubleshoot mechanical issues in a hands-on, dynamic environment. In this role, you will assist in the preventative maintenance of various properties, reporting directly to the PM Coordinator. You will conduct inspections, oversee log books, and communicate project updates to ensure optimal operations. Engage actively with maintenance teams to facilitate minor repairs and support customer requests effectively.
