Drive project execution by managing scope, timelines, and budgets while documenting and maintaining project requirements, definition of done, RACI matrices, success metrics, risk assessments, and process flows. Apply strategic thinking to develop cost models, benefit analyses, and value propositions that guide product investment decisions. Transform ambiguous business requirements into clear, iterative step-by-step execution plans with measurable milestones. Unite diverse cross-functional teams (Engineering, Business stakeholders, Operations) around common objectives and deliverables. Gather critical insights from stakeholder meetings and produce executive-level reports that drive decision-making and project completion. Identify key decisions required to advance product initiatives, engage appropriate decision-makers, and ensure timely resolution with proper documentation. Monitor program status and proactively identify risks and issues, communicating succinctly to stakeholders while collaborating on solutions. Critical Qualifications 5+ years of technical program management experience at a technology or telecommunications company, with demonstrated success in enterprise-scale initiatives. Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent strategic business experience. Exceptional project management capabilities with proven track record managing scope, time, and budget across complex technical programs. Strong business acumen with experience in cost modeling, benefit analysis, ROI calculations, and value-based decision making. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical and executive audiences. Proven ability to start with ambiguous requirements and create clear, iterative execution plans with defined success criteria. Demonstrated expertise in building consensus and aligning diverse teams toward common goals across organizational boundaries. Experience with enterprise architecture principles and large-scale system integration. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with focus on driving measurable business outcomes. Excellent time management abilities with sense of urgency; skilled at prioritization and rapid reprioritization based on changing business needs. Self-motivated team player with ability to work independently while maintaining collaborative relationships. Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
