Location: Milton, ON (On-site) Language: Proficiency in both English and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills required. Duration: Permanent Background Check Requirement: A background check will be required. Pay Rate: $35-$40/hour based on experience. Hours: 9:30am-6pm. Your Responsibilities Youll process customer orders, make product recommendations, and handle account inquiries using world-class technology. In this role, youll become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer questions about product, pricing, and shipping swiftly and confidently. Youll build strong business relationships with customers through phone, email, and chat, enhancing their experience. Understand customer needs and recommend the best solutions, ensuring satisfaction. Youll assist customers in navigating the website and online ordering system. Skills and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelors degree is preferred. Excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills. Prior customer service experience is beneficial; however, a willingness to learn is essentialwell provide training!
