Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Specialist Talent Acquisition with 13 years of experience to join our team. This role offers strong exposure to end-to-end tech recruitment within the financial services domain, along with opportunities to contribute to broader HR operations and talent strategy. You will play a key role in building high-quality candidate pipelines, enhancing candidate experience, and supporting ongoing HR initiatives, working closely with senior recruiters and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and networking channels Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs Conduct resume screening and initial candidate assessments (phone/video) Prepare candidate summaries and submission packages for client-facing roles Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling across candidates and hiring managers Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in internal systems Engage with existing candidates and consultants to maintain relationships, gather availability updates, and ensure data accuracy Support onboarding coordination, documentation tracking, and candidate communications Assist with offer preparation and recruitment lifecycle activities Contribute to market research, including talent mapping and compensation benchmarking Assist with broader HR operations and administrative initiatives as needed Qualifications 13 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR administration Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates professionally Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and MS Office Interest in technology hiring and talent market trends
