The successful candidate must be eligible for a fulltime clinical appointment at the rank of Lecturer or Assistant Professor at the University of Toronto. The anticipated start date is July1,2026 or earlier. Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre (SHSC) is a fully affiliated hospital of the University of Toronto with over 1,300 beds. SHSC houses The Odette Cancer Centre, one of the largest comprehensive cancer programs in the country. The radiology practice is composed of more than 45 subspecialty radiologists. The Louise Temerty Breast Cancer Centre provides collaborative multidisciplinary breast care with imaging, clinical care and research in one location. Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre is an accredited Ontario Breast Screening Program (OBSP) and OBSP High Risk screening centre with a high volume of MRI and MRIguided biopsies. The Rapid Diagnostic Unit program provides women with a highly suspicious clinical or imaging finding with a next working day pathology diagnosis. Responsibilities: Cover all aspects of breast imaging including mammography, tomosynthesis, breast ultrasound, breast MRI, and breast procedures in all modalities. Actively participate in all of the departments academic endeavours and divisional research activities. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide rapid diagnostic services. Qualifications: MD degree or equivalent. Boardcertified or Boardeligible in Diagnostic Imaging from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, American Board of Radiology, or international equivalent. Eligible for medical licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO). Formal fellowship training in Breast Imaging. Academic rank and salary will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and experience. Compensation is based on a feeforservice model. The estimated income is $300,000 per annum for a fulltime equivalent with opportunity for increased salary, commensurate with experience and academic credentials. Cardiothoracic Imaging Radiologist The Department of Medical Imaging at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre and the University of Toronto are recruiting a radiologist in Cardiothoracic Imaging. The successful candidate must be eligible for a fulltime clinical appointment at the rank of Lecturer or Assistant Professor at the University of Toronto. The anticipated start date is July1,2026, or shortly thereafter. Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre (SHSC) is a fully affiliated hospital of the University of Toronto. The practice consists of more than 50 subspecialty radiologists. These programmes support the Odette Cancer Centre and the Schulich Heart Centre. SHSC is the largest trauma centre in Canada. The thoracic imaging program focuses on oncology, emergency and trauma, airways, parenchymal and interstitial lung diseases. The cardiac imaging program covers all areas of cardiac pathology. Responsibilities: Work across all thoracic and cardiac imaging modalities, including CXR, CT and MRI. Lead multidisciplinary rounds and resident/fellow teaching rounds. Teach medical students, radiology residents and cardiothoracic fellows. Participate in the oncall rotation program. Qualifications: MD or equivalent. Boardcertified or Boardeligible in Diagnostic Imaging from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, American Board of Radiology, or international equivalent. Eligible for medical licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO). At least one year of postresidency fellowship training in thoracic or cardiothoracic imaging. Evidence of excellence in teaching and research. Academic rank and salary will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and experience. Compensation is based on a feeforservice model.
