Our portfolio includes premier international destinations, tourism boards, and travel-related partners seeking to grow awareness, expand distribution, and increase visitation.We are seeking a commercially minded Account Manager to join our team in Toronto and play a key role in advancing client success across Canada.About the RoleThis position is ideal for a travel industry professional who understands how destinations grow in competitive markets and who brings both regional expertise and a national perspective.Based in Toronto, the Account Manager will lead trade engagement nationwide, strengthening partnerships, expanding product presence, and supporting integrated sales and marketing strategies across multiple client accounts.The role requires a balance of strategic thinking, relationship management, and executional excellence within a fast-paced agency environment.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Account SupportSupport the development and execution of client strategies within the Canadian travel trade.Contribute to account planning by identifying growth opportunities, distribution gaps, and partnership potential.Provide market intelligence and actionable insights to inform client decisions.Trade Development & Partnership ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with tour operators, travel agencies, airlines, consortia, OTAs, and other industry stakeholders.Identify and cultivate new partners that can expand product distribution and drive bookings.Support cooperative marketing initiatives aligned with client objectives.Quebec Market Leadership with National ImpactAct as a primary trade contact in Quebec while collaborating on initiatives that influence travel demand across Canada.Leverage knowledge of French-speaking markets to strengthen destination positioning and advisor engagement.Participate in national programs, events, and partner activations as required.Industry Engagement & TrainingPlan and execute sales calls, training sessions, roadshows, webinars, and industry events.Represent clients at key trade shows and networking functions.Help design training programs that build advisor confidence and increase recommendation rates.Experiential & Product PromotionPromote diverse tourism experiences and support the integration of client products into partner programs.Assist in organizing familiarization trips that translate into stronger advocacy and sales.Performance & ReportingTrack activity, partnership development, and sales indicators.Prepare regular reports and maintain organized account documentation.Manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines and client expectations.QualificationsBachelors degree in Tourism, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.7+ years of experience in the travel industry.Strong understanding of the Canadian travel trade landscape, with deep familiarity in Quebec.Proven ability to manage relationships and contribute to commercial growth.Excellent presentation and communication skills in French and English.Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage concurrent projects.Self-starter with sound judgment and a collaborative mindset.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an asset.Willingness to travel within Canada and internationally.What We OfferCompetitive salary aligned with experienceGenerous vacation policy + birthday day offIndustry travel and immersive destination experiencesA collaborative, entrepreneurial team environmentHybrid - combining office and remote work, in-market meetings, travel and team collaboration.Occasional evening or weekend participation at industry events may be required.Why This Role Stands OutThis is an opportunity to work with respected global travel brands and contribute to strategies that shape travel demand in Canada.
