Job Description The RBC Dominion Securities Winnipeg branch is looking for a resourceful, efficient and collaborative individual to join our team as an Associate. What will you do? Manage daily trading operations, including the accurate and timely execution of trades as directed by the Advisor. Generate and manage model portfolio trade lists and assist with the quarterly/annual portfolio rebalancing process. Run various portfolio management reports, including capital gains/loss reports for tax planning and review purposes. Execute and follow up on all client trades to ensure proper settlement, delivery, and reporting. Support and serve clients, providing a professional and highly personable experience on the phone. Coordinate wealth planning services & liaise with internal specialists. Liaise with clients, team members, and business partners to find solutions and see requests through to completion. What do you need to succeed? Must-have Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam, CIRE Post Secondary Education (College or University) Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Relevant experience in the financial services industry Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills Nice-to-have Dominion Securities (DS) or Retail Brokerage work experience Enthusiastic, committed, and entrepreneurial spirit Whats in it for you?
