Now Recruiting | Energy Supply Scheduler | Remote (BC or AB) Miles HR is working with a well-established Vancouver-based energy supply management company to find their next Energy Supply Scheduler. This is a part-time role with real potential to grow into full-time for the right person. HOURS & LOCATION Weekdays: 6:00am 11:00am MST (34 days/week) Weekends on-call: 7:00am 9:00am MST (12/month) 100% remote work from home anywhere in BC or AB WHAT YOULL BE DOING Coordinating daily energy supply purchases across Western Canadian transmission and utility networks Logging dispatch and scheduling activity and sending daily summary reports to clients Managing relationships with upstream suppliers, transmission operators, and utilities Reviewing and approving monthly invoices; distributing to clients and internal accounting Reporting on supply volumes, pricing, costs, taxes, and fees WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR Solid MS Office 365 skills. Excel, Outlook, and Teams daily Strong time management and ability to self-prioritize under daily deadlines Clear, professional communicator. Youll interface directly with external counterparties Reliable and self-directed; this role operates independently 35 years of work experience preferred (degree an asset) Background in supply logistics, commodity accounting, or data management a bonus No industry experience?
