Job Purpose We are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for our projects across the GTA. This role is ideal for a strong leader with proven experience in ground-up ICI construction. The successful candidate will oversee site operations, including overnight shifts and flexible weekend work as required, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Duties & Responsibilities Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities, including contractors, subcontractors, and labourers Oversee ground-up ICI construction projects from start to finish Ensure work is completed in accordance with project drawings, specifications, and schedules Monitor project progress, identify delays, and implement solutions to maintain timelines Enforce quality control standards and conduct regular inspections of workmanship and materials Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily logs, reports, and safety records Coordinate materials, equipment, and workforce to ensure efficient site operations Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies Conduct site safety meetings and proactively address hazards Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders Coordinate multiple trades and resolve site conflicts efficiently Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, and regulatory requirements Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to site teams Qualifications & Skills Required 7+ years of experience in construction, with strong background in ground-up ICI projects Proven experience as a Site Supervisor / Superintendent Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and site coordination Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain project timelines Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance Hands-on construction experience with the ability to lead from the front Valid Ontario drivers license and reliable transportation Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions quickly A diploma in engineering, architecture, or construction management Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $75,000.00-$120,000.00 per year We would like to thank all candidates for their interest in this position.
