Role Overview We are looking for a reliable and organized Salon Operations Manager to handle daily operations and make sure everything runs smoothly in the salon. Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the salon Supervise staff and ensure professionalism and punctuality Maintain a clean, organized, and high-end environment Ensure a great client experience from arrival to departure Respond to clients by message and phone in a professional way Help with bookings and manage the schedule efficiently Handle client issues calmly and professionally Post content on social media (Instagram, etc.) when needed Support the team and maintain salon standards Monitor supplies and basic inventory Requirements Strong organization and communication skills Professional, responsible, and detail-oriented Comfortable managing a team Able to handle a fast-paced environment Experience in customer service or management is an asset Basic knowledge of Afro hair (textures, services, or terminology) Important This role requires discipline and consistency.
