We are partnering with a growing, privately held organization to identify a Senior Manager, Performance Analytics to lead a critical function focused on performance measurement, attribution, and risk insights. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and usefulness of performance-related data used across the business. This is a leadership role that blends technical depth with team management, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvement. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across multiple functions to support informed decision-making and continuous enhancement of analytics capabilities. Key Responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end delivery of performance measurement, attribution analysis, and reporting across a range of portfolios and benchmarks Ensure consistency, accuracy, and transparency in methodologies, calculations, and documentation Review and validate outputs, addressing discrepancies and escalating issues where appropriate Enhance analytics frameworks to generate deeper insights and support business strategy Collaborate with internal partners across areas such as operations, client-facing teams, compliance, finance, and technology Lead, mentor, and develop a team, fostering a high-performance and growth-oriented environment Manage team capacity, workflow prioritization, and succession planning Establish and maintain strong controls to mitigate operational and data-related risks Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and standardization of processes Support and evolve systems, data infrastructure, and external vendor relationships tied to performance analytics Qualifications & Experience Minimum 3-7+ years of experience in performance measurement, analytics, or a related function Post-secondary education in a relevant discipline (e.g., finance, mathematics, data, or business) Professional designation such as CFA, CIPM, FRM, or equivalent Strong expertise in performance measurement and attribution methodologies Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid understanding of risk measurement concepts, benchmarking, and analytics frameworks Familiarity with data structures, reporting tools, and analytics platforms Experience with specialized performance systems is considered an asset Experience with FactSet PMAR system is considered a huge asset Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing and developing team members What You Can Expect Competitive total compensation package, including base salary and performance-based incentives Comprehensive benefits program, including retirement savings support Opportunities for professional development and continued learning A collaborative, inclusive work environment that values diverse perspectives and experiences Hybrid Work Model Compensation Range: The expected base salary for this position falls within the range of $110,000 $140,000 annually, with final compensation determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal considerations.
