Job Description: We are seeking skilled Desktop Imaging Technicians to support a large-scale computer deployment project. The customer will provide all required images, tools, and proceduresthe primary responsibility of this role is to image computers on-site and prepare them for end-user deployment. This is a hands-on, on-site role ideal for technicians with experience in PC setup, OS deployment, and IT hardware support. Key Responsibilities: Perform computer imaging using customer-provided images and deployment tools Follow established standard operating procedures (SOPs) for imaging and configuration Set up and configure desktops, laptops, and workstations after imaging Verify system functionality and ensure successful image deployment Troubleshoot and resolve basic imaging and deployment issues Label, document, and prepare systems for delivery or user handoff Work with project leads to meet daily imaging targets Maintain a clean and organized staging and imaging area Required Skills & Experience: Hands-on experience with PC/laptop imaging and deployment Knowledge of Windows OS installation and configuration Experience using imaging tools such as: SCCM MDT Intune / Autopilot Clonezilla, Ghost, or similar tools Ability to follow detailed technical procedures accurately Basic troubleshooting skills related to hardware and OS deployment Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment TekWissen Group is an equal opportunity employer supporting workforce diversity.
