The **Trainee Program** is a six-month, entry level, full time, immersive employment opportunity where you will gain practical industry experience. A full-time, permanent position at the end of the program is based on performance and position availability. **Job Description** The Sponsorship Consulting team provides sponsorship management and consulting services to clients across multiple industries, typically surrounding sports or entertainment. As a Trainee, you will be assigned to specific client accounts and will be involved with the entire account management process from creative planning to program execution. Through research, writing, and creative ideation, you will gain an in-depth understanding of the sports and entertainment sponsorship industry. Your primary responsibilities will include:**This role requires 3-4 days each week on location along with other days as needed. This role will be in the following location:****Toronto, Canada****Qualifications** College degree (Bachelor's or Associate's) preferred, relevant experience will also be consideredKnowledge of the sports sponsorship landscape Ability to contribute to ideas and solutions that lead to the success of the MKTG team and client accounts Knowledge of social/digital media marketing *The salary range for this position is $40,000-45,000.
