Delivery Lead, Platform OperationsLocation: Remote (Canada)Salary: 90 000$ - 110 000$ Type: Full timeAuxo is hiring a Platform Operations & Delivery Lead for a SaaS company building a platform at the intersection of AI, manufacturing, and ecosystem collaboration.Youll own delivery and day-to-day operations for a live platform already in market. This role sits between product, engineering, and clients. You are the one making sure everything runs smoothly, from sprint execution to onboarding, support, and stakeholder alignment.This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in early-stage environments, enjoys being the operational backbone of a product, and can balance structure with speed. What Youll DoOwn delivery timelines from kickoff to milestone completionManage day-to-day execution with the development team and remove blockersRun standups, sprint reviews, and stakeholder check-insTrack risks, dependencies, and ensure issues are resolved quicklyAct as the main operational point of contact for key external stakeholdersMaintain clear project reporting and communication across all partiesOnboard new clients and guide them through platform setupHandle support tickets and ensure fast, high-quality responsesManage platform configurations and admin settings for clientsSupport QA by validating features before release and tracking bugsDemo the platform in webinars and present to non-technical audiencesCollaborate with product on improving workflows and platform experienceWho You Are3 to 6 years of experience in project management, client success, or platform operationsExperience working in SaaS or product-driven environmentsStrong ability to manage multiple workstreams without losing structureComfortable working directly with clients and external stakeholdersExperience running agile ceremonies such as standups and sprint reviewsStrong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiencesHighly organized, proactive, and ownership-drivenComfortable troubleshooting issues and coordinating with engineering teamsExperience supporting onboarding, customer operations, or implementationsFluent in French and English, both written and spokenNice to haveExperience with QA processes and bug trackingExperience demoing software productsExposure to marketplace or platform environments
