Job Description

Drive grain origination in a dynamic sales role focused on client relationships and market insights. Execute innovative growth strategies while supporting farmers in achieving their goals in this exciting position. In this position, you will report to the Grain Manager and be responsible for originating grain to elevators or directly to buyers. Building strong relationships with growers and understanding their operations is key. You'll also develop marketing plans and manage grain contracts from start to finish, ensuring accuracy in invoicing and scheduling deliveries. Key Responsibilities: Cultivate relationships with current and prospective growers Develop and implement growth strategies Originate grain through on-farm visits and outreach Coordinate grain contracts and invoicing processes Support logistics and operations during harvest season Requirements: Degree in Ag Economics, Agri-Business, or related field Strong relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Proficient in problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities Shape the future of agriculture by delivering exceptional service and strategic insights that elevate the grain origination experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
