Job :: HR Services Representative Location :: Calgary, AB, Canada (Hybrid) Must have: Preferred Qualifications Experience with Workday, SAP and ServiceNow Bilingual (either Spanish or French). Spanish preferred Responsibilities Reporting to the Manager, HR Services, the HR Services Representative will provide first-point-of-contact support for all human resources inquiries from employees and retirees across TC Energy on a variety of HR processes, policies, practices, and programs. Minimum Qualifications University degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field Two or more years of Human Resources or relevant experience Minimum of one year in a service role with the ability to provide exceptional customer service Strong ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with impact and handle confidential information Ability to resolve inquiries in an effective and timely manner while managing competing priorities in a high-paced, deadline-driven environment Problem solver with critical thinking skills including an aptitude to adapt to change and thrive in a dynamic and complex organization Preferred Qualifications Experience with Workday, SAP and ServiceNow Additional job information Notes :Generalist, responsible for responding to incoming inquiries - 1st point of contact for HR related inquiries Understand TCE policy, programs, documentation Quick independent learning Bilingual (either Spanish or French). Spanish preferred Workday and/or ServiceNow knowledge is an asset Able to pick up technology quick Admin/HR experience At least 3- 5 years experience What does success look like in this role? Able to look for information independently. Getting going quickly. After 1 month would respond to inquiries independently. Confident communicator, empathetic, customer service. The role talks to a lot of retirees.
