As a Recruiter, youll play a key role in driving our recruitment strategy by attracting, evaluating, and engaging talent. With your expertise in innovative and proactive approaches, youll oversee the full cycle recruitment process and build strong relationships with all stakeholders. This position is a 3 month contract hybrid role with 3-4 days in the office. All candidates must reside in Calgary, Alberta. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Conduct intake meetings with Account Managers to agree on qualification criteria for candidates Source and contact passive candidates online (e.g. via LinkedIn or Indeed) Screen resumes and job applications Interview candidates and provide shortlists of qualified potential hires Update Account Managers on hiring status (e.g. number of screened candidates) Prepare candidates before interviews with clients Create talent pipelines with high-potential candidates for future job opportunities Keep detailed records of past applicants information, including resumes, assignments, and interview evaluations Qualifications A Bachelors degree or Diploma in Marketing, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field Experience within a customer service setting Proficiency using applicant tracking systems Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of products Youll fit right in if you Love to proactively network and build strong business relationships Use creative and innovative approaches to source top talent Thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment Are a stickler for quality in everything you do Focus on getting things right, down to the last detail Provide exceptional customer service, without fail Easily learn new software, processes, and tasks
