Job title: P2P Senior Analyst Location: Brampton ON (4days onsite) Job type: Contract About the role We are looking for a Procure to Pay (P2P) Senior Analyst to join the Finance Operations team based at 1 Presidents Choice Circle, Brampton, Ontario. Reporting to P2P, this is a stand-alone contributor role with close exposure to Director and Senior Director level stakeholders. This position is central to driving standards, simplification, and process improvement across end-to-end Supplier Management. You will support internal and external customers, manage SAP-based workflows, and deliver data-driven insights that improve P2P operations across the organization. What you will do: Lead and participate in the development and implementation of projects, policies, and procedures aimed at improving end-to-end Supplier Management Drive root cause analysis of operational inquiries, ensuring back-office accountability for effective and consistent resolution Support controls and governance models through documentation of new and updated processes Partner strategically with Finance, Operations, and Business teams to deeply understand financial processes and reporting Synthesize complex information from multiple internal and external systems into clear, actionable plans for stakeholders Lead and facilitate key stakeholder engagements fostering strong relationships with Suppliers, internal business partners, and back-office teams Monitor proactive metrics to detect and resolve issues across the P2P pipeline including Purchase Cards, Master Data, P&L lines, and data integrity Handle expense and invoice processes in SAP Concur, run data reports, and perform analysis to support continuous improvement Support P2P operations across multiple SAP modules (ECC Procure-to-Pay) Explore new approaches to business processes that inspire change and mitigate potential inquiries What you bring 35 years of relevant experience in P2P, finance operations, procurement, or related analytics roles Bachelors degree or post-secondary education in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field Experience with data mining, data analysis, and working with large, complex data sets Advanced MS Office skills Excel and Access are essential, PowerPoint for stakeholder presentations Exposure to SAP ECC Procure-to-Pay modules; experience with SAP Concur (expense and invoice) is highly preferred Proficiency with SAP tools including Ariba and Fieldglass is a strong asset Working knowledge of SQL ability to write and interpret SQL queries is preferred but not mandatory Previous experience with VBA is a significant advantage Proven understanding of accounting, financial processes, and connecting Finance to Business functions Strong written and verbal communication skills ability to present complex findings to varied audiences Track record of planning, organizing, and prioritizing numerous tasks with conflicting deadlines Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills; understands Lean and Agile principles Bilingual in French and English is considered an asset Retail or retail food industry background is an asset but not required
