We are hiring a Office Manager for our Delta client. This is a newly created role. The Office Manager will be responsible for a variety of administration tasks, assist with AR and AP, and supervise 1 team member. About The Opportunity We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day administration of our office while supporting basic accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions. This is a hands-on role that combines office leadership, administrative coordination, and light accounting tasks, ideal for someone looking to grow within the role. About The PositionManage daily office operations, including scheduling, supplies, and general administrative workflowsSupport AP and AR tasks: coding, processing payments, data entry, and monitoring a small volume of vouchersMentor and coordinate with the Admin Assistant, with opportunities to gradually delegate responsibilitiesMaintain client communications for routine follow-ups on overdue accounts (email or phone)Assist with reception coverage and other front-office tasks as neededPrepare and monitor reports, ensuring smooth office processes and accurate record-keepingThe Requirements3+ years of administrative experience in an office environment combined with 2 years in a similar Office Manager role.Diploma or degree in business, accounting, or related field preferredExperience with AR and AP; matching, batching, codingStrong Excel, Outlook, and Word skillsPrior experience communicating with clients, vendors, and internal teamsIndirect leadership or mentorship experience an assetCompensationSalary range $58,000$63,0003 weeks of vacation; full health and dental benefits after a 3-month probationary periodGrowth-oriented opportunity with potential to expand responsibilities over timeAt Aplin together with our brands CompuStaff and Impact Recruitment we connect great people with great organizations across North America.
