This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in industrial maintenance who is comfortable troubleshooting and maintaining a variety of equipment and systems.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial equipmentPerform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performanceDiagnose and resolve issues related to electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systemsRead and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematicsSupport quality inspections and ensure equipment meets operational standardsCoordinate with external contractors when requiredMaintain a safe and organized work environmentPerform other maintenance-related duties as neededRequirements442A Industrial Electrician License (309A or 442A strongly preferred)Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environmentStrong troubleshooting skills across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systemsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring schematicsForklift experience is considered an assetWhat Were Looking ForStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamReliable, safety-conscious, and detail-orientedComfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment
