Job Description

T he Supply Chain Operations Manager plays a critical role in strengthening and scaling the companys inventory, logistics, and operational processes across North America and international markets. This role will focus on process ownership, inventory planning and system management, cross-border logistics coordination and 3PL performance oversight in support of long-term growth through 2027. This position plays a critical role in the companys expansion, joining at a pivotal time as we begin to enter new markets. Key Responsibilities Operational Process & Systems Management Conduct a full review of all operational processes and documentation to identify gaps and improvement opportunities. Own and improve inventory processes, controls, and documentation. Lead Cin7 (or ERP) training related to inventory management and system controls. Own, audit, and continuously improve operational SOPs to ensure scalability, accuracy, and compliance Inventory Management & Planning Begin and maintain tracking of inventory movements across all channels and warehouses. Update and manage all inventory cost and quantity trackers. Support bi-weekly inventory and order trend analysis and reporting. Assist with mid-year inventory reviews, including RMA consumption and recovery tracking. Support inventory planning initiatives with a forward-looking focus on 2027 requirements. Manage inventory accuracy within Cin7 IMS. Ensure alignment between IMS data, physical inventory, and sales channels. Analyze operational and inventory KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and drive data-informed decision making. Logistics & Freight Management Coordinate freight scheduling and manage carrier relationships. Support international and cross-border logistics planning and execution. Organize and maintain customs documentation and compliance paperwork. Take on increasing responsibility in international logistics and supply chain planning. 3PL Management Lead ongoing relationship management with current 3PL partners. Track 3PL performance metrics and service levels against SLAs. Own end-of-year 3PL performance evaluations. Assist in rate discussions and support potential warehouse expansion planning. Support international expansion initiatives through 3PL partner searches and operational planning. Marketplace & Channel Management Support and manage Amazon US and Canada inventory processes. Oversee Amazon inventory health, fraud monitoring, and resolution. Manage reverse logistics for Amazon, Home Depot, and Shopify channels. Maintain familiarity with Amazon Seller Central tools and processes. Qualifications & Experience Required: 3+ years experience at a CPG company, dealing with physical items, no SaaS operations Bachelors Degree in a related field. Experience managing operational and inventory processes. Familiarity with Inventory Management Systems (IMS). Experience using Cin7 or similar ERP platforms. Strong Excel skills, including trackers and data analysis. Understanding of cross-border inventory movements and customs processes. Experience working with 3PL partners. Preferred: Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central. Experience managing multi-channel inventory (Amazon, Shopify, Home Depot). Exposure to international logistics and expansion projects. Experience with reverse logistics and RMA recovery tracking. Strong process ownership mindset with continuous improvement focus.
