What Youll Lead In this senior leadership role, youll be responsible for driving operational excellence across multiple divisions, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction. Key focuses include: Providing strategic leadership across civil construction, underground utilities, and earthworks operations Overseeing project execution, budget performance, scheduling, and risk management Strengthening relationships with municipal, industrial, and privatesector clients Empowering field leaders, project managers, and support teams to hit performance targets Supporting business growth through operational planning, resource management, and longterm workforce development About You 10+ years in leadership , 15+ years in the industry Background in deep utilities, sewer and storm installation, water/sewer infrastructure, civil services, and infrastructure upgrades Edmontonarea experience in underground work; exposure to or interest in earthworks is a strong asset Experience as a General Manager or Director ; will consider a highperforming Operations Manager ready for the next step Proven business development experience or exposure - ability to open doors, build relationships, and secure work Strong industry connections within Albertas municipal, private, and industrial sectors Track record and desire to coach, mentor, and develop teams Ability to pivot quickly, manage competing priorities, and operate autonomously Why This Opportunity?
