Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations within our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, administrative, and clinical skills to ensure efficient clinic functioning, exceptional patient care, and compliance with healthcare regulations. This role requires a proactive approach to process improvement, team supervision, and effective communication across multidisciplinary teams. Fluency in English is essential, with bilingual abilities in French considered a valuable asset. The Clinical Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining high standards of patient care while managing administrative functions seamlessly. Responsibilities Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to healthcare protocols Supervise clinical and administrative staff, providing leadership and support for team development Manage patient care processes, including case management and patient scheduling Coordinate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes and service delivery Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality of care Handle budgeting, and inventory management to maintain operational excellence Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and confidentiality policies Facilitate staff training on new procedures, and regulatory updates Lead change management initiatives to adapt to evolving healthcare practices and technologies Communicate effectively with patients, staff, vendors, and external partners to foster a collaborative environment. Ability to de-escalate situations Ability to support clinical staff within role Experience Proven experience in management of healthcare, specific experience with addiction and mental health is an asset Demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience within a clinical setting Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and medical software such as Dentrix Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently Experience in budget management, process improvement, and project management Ability to handle human resources functions such as staffing coordination and staff development This position offers an opportunity for a dedicated professional to lead a healthcare team committed to delivering outstanding patient services while fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
