About the Role Were looking for a versatile Designer with strong technical SEO/AEO experience to join our team at Tradogram. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, product, and brand , and is ideal for someone who can move seamlessly between high-performing marketing assets and clean, intuitive product design . Youll play a key role in shaping how we show up across every touchpoint, from ads and landing pages to in-app UI and sales materials. What Youll Be Working On This is a hands-on role with a wide scope across design. Marketing & Growth Design Create high-performing ad creatives for paid campaigns Design landing pages focused on conversion and organic visibility (SEO/AEO best practices) Build infographics and visual content optimized for search intent and discoverability Support content marketing with visual assets that drive engagement and improve content performance in search and AI-generated answers Sales & Enablement Design polished sales decks, one-pagers, and documents Create case studies, reports, and client-facing materials Elevate how we communicate value across the funnel Website & Webflow Design and build landing pages directly in Webflow Collaborate on improving the overall website experience and structure Ensure consistency across all web pages and touchpoints Product & UI Support Contribute to app UI improvements and product visuals Help ensure a consistent and intuitive user experience Work closely with product and marketing to align messaging and design Brand & Design System Help evolve and maintain brand guidelines Ensure consistency across all channels Bring a strong point of view on visual direction and storytelling What Were Looking For Core Skills Proven experience designing for B2B SaaS products Strong understanding of SEO/AEO best practices Strong portfolio showcasing both marketing and product design Experience with Webflow and building pages end-to-end Ability to design across formats: ads, decks, landing pages, documents, Figma files, UI Growth & SEO Awareness Understanding of conversion-focused design Strong experience and understanding of SEO/AEO principles and best practices and how design supports them Experience creating assets that support organic and paid growth Tools & Execution Proficiency in tools like Figma, Webflow, Adobe Suite Ability to manage multiple projects and move quickly Strong attention to detail and consistency - - - - - - Mindset Proactive and autonomous Comfortable working in a fast-paced SaaS environment Able to balance creativity with performance and business goals Nice to Have Understanding of procurement, finance, or B2B software workflows Experience with A/B testing and optimizing design for performance How to Apply Send us: Your portfolio (must include SaaS work) A short note on projects youve worked on that drove results Any Webflow pages or landing pages youve built
