Were currently looking for a Brokerage Operations Coordinator to support our operations and ensure smooth day-to-day execution of shipments. This role reports directly to the Operations Manager and offers long-term growth potential within our expanding brokerage division. What Youll Do Manage daily freight operations, including load booking, tracking, and communication. Coordinate with carriers, drivers, and customers to ensure on-time service. Update and maintain shipment data accurately in the TMS. Resolve service issues quickly and professionally during business hours and after-hours support. Support the Operations Manager with process improvement and margin tracking. Contribute to a strong operations culture built on accountability and communication. What You Bring 2+ years of experience in freight brokerage, dispatch, or logistics operations. Familiarity with Loadlink, DAT, Truckstop, or similar load boards (asset). Strong multitasking and communication skills with a proactive mindset. Excellent attention to detail, reliability, and punctuality. Comfortable working on-site Monday to Friday in our Oakville office. Desire to grow into a leadership or team lead role as the company expands.
