YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE: Reporting to the Project Lead, you will be part of the Information Technology and Business Intelligence Department. You will lead projects from the Automation & Innovation RoadMap in close collaboration with all stakeholders. You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved, while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagles culture, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment. Implement and manage all aspects related to Automation & Innovation projects: technical, safety, operation readiness, design, system support and sustainability; Facilitate crossfunctional collaboration between Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, etc to ensure alignment and remove roadblocks; Oversee technical specifications and troubleshooting efforts, ensuring that technology systems meet production requirements; Drive Accountability by managing work orders, shipping orders, follow ups, project files, and reporting to ensure all parties are striving for measurable results; Participate to maintain and update technical project files, business cases and roadmaps; Generate reports, including design details of project and qualification test results, progress and compliance; Support mine operation department related to all technology expansion projects. Project management expertise & leadership: highly organized with a relentless focus on planning, followup, and ensuring all parties are striving for results. Analytical problem solving (RootCause): skilled in continuous improvement methodologies; Data visualization & analytics: proficiency in transforming raw project data into actionable insights using tools like PowerBI; Strategic Communication: The ability to act as a bridge between technical specialists and nontechnical stakeholders, ensuring clear collaboration and alignment across departments. Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft Office software especially Outlook, Excel, PowerBI, Word & PowerPoint; Mining experience is considered an asset. Note that the official working language at our Nunavut operations is English. Your Work Schedule: Hybrid Schedule: Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. A combination of teleworking with presence at our offices in either ValdOr, RouynNoranda or Mirabel, QC. Occasional (or frequent) visits to site may also be required on a 77 schedule. Accommodations and meals are provided on site at no cost to the employee.
