Accountabilities Receive and act upon Retail prospect referrals and triage to PWM home of best fit based on initial discovery. Perform in-depth discovery sessions with clients to understand their financial goals objectives and identify franchising opportunities across Wealth and / or other Bank channels. Perform / complete all onboarding, banking activities, transactions and high complexity credit solutions. Conduct frequent proactive client follow-ups to ensure client expectations are being met in alignment with their unique complex financial needs and plans. Promote and offer full suite of products, advice, services, banking and credit capabilities. Analyze credit and underwriting requests by ensuring adjudication in accordance with assigned discretionary limits and established guidelines. Contribute to the achievement of business objectives by proactively attracting, acquiring and retaining customers and identifying sales opportunities and referrals. Maintain a culture of risk management and control, supported by effective processes in alignment with risk appetite. Keep current on emerging trends or developments and grow knowledge of the business, related tools and techniques. Act as a brand champion for your business area/function and the bank, both internally and/or externally. Educational Requirements Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree (in related field) preferred and / or 5+ years relevant experience Completion of Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or Investment Funds in Canada (IFIC) Completion of the Personal Financial Planner (PFP) or Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation within 36 months from start date Professional designations such as the Certified Retirement Specialist (CRS), Chartered Strategic Wealth Professional (CSWP), Chartered Investment Manager (CIM), Trust & Estate Practitioner (TEP) are desirable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
